July Preview Party Wine Selection:

1. Cannonball Sauvignon Blanc- Sonoma County, California

Layers of soft mineral, honeysuckle, guava, mandarin, and lemongrass fill the nose. On the palate, flavors of honeydew melon, white peach, and Meyer lemon surround a good structure and a vibrant core acidity.

2. Yalumba Viognier- South Australia

This thoroughly alluring wine evokes hints of honeysuckle, lemon and lychees.

3. Cantina Zaccagnini Pinot Grigio- Abruzzo, Italy

Pale yellow with green nuances; very delicate bouquet, fragrant with extremely pleasant aromas. Very fresh and well-balanced flavors. With a crisp and elegant finish.

4. Coppola Votre Sante Pinot Noir- California

Votre Santé Pinot Noir has aromas of raspberry and boysenberry, with delicate floral notes of acacia and rose petal. Juicy black cherry and plum character, accented with tea leaves, oak and a hint of minerality, round out the palate and carry over the long, complex finish.

5. Columbia Crest Grand Estates Cabernet Sauvignon- Columbia Valley, Washington

Elegant smoky tones lead to notes of currant, dried herbs and hints of pepper. The supple texture is complemented by flavors of cedar and dark fruits. A Wine Enthusiast "Best Buy".

6. Fantini Montepulciano- Abruzzo, Italy

Ruby red with garnet highlights. Intense, persistent and fruity with a strong aroma of wild berries. Full bodied, well balanced, slightly tannic with a clean aftertaste.

Founders Brewing Beer Selection:

For the 2016 Boston Mills Artfest we have proudly joined forces again with Founders Brewery to bring our guests a wide selection of Founder's award winning craft beers from their home in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

1. 2. 3.

4. 5.6.

1. All Day IPA - The beer you’ve been waiting for. Keeps your taste satisfied while keeping your senses sharp. An all-day IPA naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatics and a clean finish. The perfect reward for an honest day’s work and the ultimate companion to celebrate life’s simple pleasures.

2. Centennial IPA - Get ready to bask in the glory of the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the citrus accents from the abundance of dry hopping. This one’s sweet, yet balanced. Malty undertones shake hands with the hop character for a finish that never turns too bitter.

3. Porter - Pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with strong chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops gives Founders’ robust porter the full flavor you deserve and expect. Cozy like velvet. It’s a lover, not a fighter.

4. Rubaeus - Not another boring summer wheat beer or lemonade shandy—Rübæus is Founders’ way to celebrate the season’s warmest months. Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries added at multiple stages during fermentation, this stunning berry red masterpiece is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. No question about it, with a hefty malt bill and 5.7% ABV, this beer is 100% Founders.

5. Mosaic Promise - showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there is also beauty in simplicity.

6. Red’s Rye IPA - Serious hop bitterness, along with an unyielding grapefruit bouquet from the Amarillo dry hop, balances the malty richness of four varieties of imported Belgian caramel malts. Pours a spectacular crimson with a creamy tan head. A generous addition of rye malt accentuates a spicy, crisp finish.

7. KBS - What we’ve got here is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Makes your taste buds squeal with delight.
