Please note that BMBW has currently completed our initial round of interviewing/hiring for the season. We continue to accept applications throughout the season in order to fill key openings that come up, however, and you can find information on completing an app at the bottom of this page. The SnowSports School has already begun their training for the 08/09 Season--check back later for updates on midseason instructor opportunities.

Thank you for your interest in applying for employment at Boston Mills/Brandywine Ski Resort! The information provided should answer many of your questions regarding employment with BMBW. Boston Mills/Brandywine is an equal opportunity employer and all positions are seasonal. The season usually begins in mid-December and ends in mid-March, however the season is dependent on the weather.

When applying at BMBW please note the age requirements of each department. The Rental department requires employees of at least 15 years of age. The Food Service and Lift Operations departments require 16 years of age. The Maintenance, Snowmaking, Ticket/Info Office and SnowSports School Office all require 18 years of age.

All departments at BMBW work together to provide an enjoyable experience for each customer. As an employee you will attend an orientation and training session(s) for your specific department. However, you may be assigned to work in any position within BMBW and experience cross-training during seasonal operations.

The current schedule for the 2008/2009 season provides our customers with an ability to ride during LateNight sessions and Holiday sessions. As an employee, it is your responsibility to schedule some of these additional shifts. When working a LateNight session, employees are paid $1.00 more per hour.

Uniforms and appearance are a key requirement of BMBW employees. It is important for all of our staff to maintain proper dress code and consistency in uniform. All staff will receive a handbook stating the company dress code and policies.

As an employee, you receive a season pass and rental (if needed) at both resorts. You also receive a number of free guest tickets for your friends and family, with the opportunity to earn more based on your quality and/or quantity of service.  BMBW offers a 50% discount on all items in our food service department to all employees while on duty. As a student, BMBW can provide a positive reference for future employment and a fun working environment!
