Field Trips
Join us for a day of unforgettable winter fun at Boston Mills!
One of the best-kept secrets at Boston Mills is our cost-saving STUDENT SPECIALS! During a Field Trip visit, students will learn how to ski or snowboard and will also experience firsthand how winter activities play a role in leading a healthy lifestyle. With our new Science of Tubing program, students take science out of the classroom and discover how it applies to real life on the snow tubing hill.
Ski/Snowboard Field Trip Packages include:
- Snow/Lift Ticket
- Ski or Snowboard rental equipment
- Lunch (hot dog, chips and drink)
Field Trips cost just $25 per student, and you get 1 FREE for every 15 paid.
Field Trips can be scheduled from 10am-4pm at Boston Mills any Monday-Friday (except 12/21-1/1, 1/18, and 2/15) and require an advance reservation (48 hours) and deposit. Students must be at least 8 years old to attend.

Science of Snow Tubing
Come learn the physics behind Snow Tubing at our educational winter experience. It's a fun way to study velocity, force, power, speed and acceleration all while tubing down our winter park!
The Science of Snow Tubing field trip includes:
- Snow tubing ticket
- Snow tube
- Equipment for experiments
- Lunch
Available on select Fridays in January and February between 10am-2pm:
- January: 1/15 & 1/29
- February: 2/12 & 2/26
