BMBW PASSES

  • BMBW Passes can NOT be mailed out to guests.  Each passholder must have his/her photo taken in the Information Office before the current pass can be printed and used.
  • I understand that passes are non-transferable. Each pass is for the use of the designated passholder only.  I understand that I must be present at the ticket window and present my own pass for each and every use. If the passholder is caught giving his/her pass to someone else to use, the pass will be voided for the remainder of the season. If the passholder is caught giving a snow/lift ticket obtained through use of the pass to someone else to use, the pass will be voided for the remainder of the season. (The only exception to this is in the case of Pick-A-Day freebie tickets.  See the Pick-A-Day section below for details.)
  • I understand that only the Direct Access pass serves as admission onto the snow. I understand that NO other passes serve as admission onto the snow.  My passcard must be presented at the BMBW ticket windows in order to receive my daily (Season or Summit) or weekly (Pick-A-Day) snow/lift ticket privilege.
  • I understand that if I misplace or lose my pass, there is a $25 replacement fee. Direct Access Passes cannot be replaced. Lost, stolen or misplaced cards must be reported immediately to Guest Services, either in person or by calling 800-U-SKI-241. I may be responsible for the use of the pass between the time when it is misplaced/lost, and the time that its absence is reported to BMBW.
  • I understand that I am responsible for putting on my snow/lift ticket correctly, on a new wicket every time. My pass can only be scanned once per day, and my daily ticket cannot be reprinted.
  • I understand that Peak Privileges are valid only at Hidden Valley (MO), Mad River Mountain (OH), Snow Creek (MO), Paoli Peaks (IN), Crotched Mountain (NH) and Jack Frost/Big Boulder (PA).
  • I understand that safety is very important, and that my pass may be revoked by Boston Mills/Brandywine for violation of safety or company rules.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR:

Summit Passes -  I understand that my BOGO coupon for Mount Snow is not transferable, and will not be replaced for any reason.

Direct Access Passes - Direct Access Passes need to be worn in a visible place at all times.

Pick-A-Day Passes - I understand that the Pick-A-Day Pass week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.  I understand that Pick-A-Day freebie tickets are designated as tickets that can be used for myself or for a friend or family member.  I understand that I, the passholder, must still be the person who presents the Pick-A-Day Pass at the ticket window to obtain the freebie ticket(s).

SNOW CARDS

Lost, stolen or misplaced cards must be reported immediately to Guest Services, either in person or by calling 800-U-SKI-241. SnowCard dollars placed on Passholder cards with pictures are non-transferable. Only the person pictured on the Passholder card will be allowed to spend the dollars from that account. The cardholder may be required to sign a receipt for goods received. Lost Passholder cards can be reprinted for a fee. The cardholder may be responsible for unauthorized use of the card. Gift cards without pictures or an assigned name are transferable. They have no tracking method build into them, and are considered the same as cash if lost or stolen.

Cash cannot be withdrawn from any SnowCard account. SnowCards cannot be used at Buckeye Sports Center locations. The cardholder is responsible for maintaining a valid SnowCard in proper working condition. The Snow Card is the access device for the member's account. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and shall be the only means of accessing the participants account.

SnowCards expire 2 years from the date of purchase. SnowCard funds that remain on a pass at the end of a season can be transferred to a regular SnowCard or an updated pass. This will allow the passholder a full 2 years from date of purchase to use the funds. The SnowCard is an in-house, private label concept. It places a debit account on your membership ID card or on an unnamed gift card. The account is activated once funds have been deposited with Boston Mills/Brandywine. The SnowCard eliminates the need to carry cash, checks, or credit cards and offers value.

LESSON PROGRAMS

A lesson program student must take his or her lesson at the same time and resort for the duration of the lesson program. Supervision is not provided before or after the designated lesson time. Make-up lessons are not available if a student is absent from a regularly scheduled class. However, if Boston Mills/Brandywine must cancel, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. Program size is limited and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis until the program is full or until the designated program deadline. Proof of age may be required.

When you sign up for one of our lesson programs, you will be required to provide a valid email address. We use email to communicate with you throughout the program; typically, our weekly program emails include reminders of the weekly theme and upcoming special program events, and we also send a few emails at the beginning of the season to make sure you are ready to get started on the slopes! In the rare instance that a lesson time needs to be canceled for the week, we use email to let you know. We may also let you know about events and passes that are tailored to you... but we keep those to a minimum (no more than a handful each year) because we know just how busy people are these days. We NEVER sell, rent, or otherwise share your email address.

BOSTON MILLS ARTFEST

Artfest tickets purchased online can be picked up at Boston Mills at the regular ticket windows during the Artfest dates, or in the Info Office at Boston Mills during summer office hours. Preview Night tickets can only be used on the designated day and time for which they are purchased.  Other Artfest tickets can be used on any General Show date.
