Snow Card ChristmasLooking for an unusual gift idea--or just a convenient way to pay for your own purchases at Boston Mills/Brandywine? Either way, BMBW SnowCards are the way to go!

BMBW SnowCards are pre-paid cards that work like a debit account (except that cash cannot be withdrawn) for purchases at any of the selected sales stations throughout BMBW. SnowCards are perfect for students participating in our lesson programs, families who visit the slopes, and those looking for a unique gift idea.

SnowCards can be used at the ticket windows for snow/lift tickets, tubing tickets, rentals and lessons. You can also use your SnowCard at any of our food service areas.

BMBW SnowCards can be purchased in any denomination. Certain typical increments are available for puchase online, but you can call or stop by the Info Office (800-875-4241, ext. 6) during our Office Hours to make a purchase for another dollar amount. Your BMBW SnowCard account can easily be reloaded at your convenience any time, as long as you have the 16-digit card number handy.


Shipping

SnowCards are typically held in Will Call (at Boston Mills only) under the Recipient’s name. We also offer two different options for shipping your purchased SnowCard(s), US Mail or UPS Ground:

  • UPS Ground ($10 fee) is the recommended shipping method for SnowCards because it requires a signature at the time of delivery, and packages sent this way are trackable.  (This can come in handy if your SnowCard is not received as expected, since SnowCards are treated just like cash at our resorts.) UPS Ground usually means second day delivery in Ohio.  (Note: If you are buying multiple SnowCards and want UPS Ground delivery for them, you need only order 1 of your cards "with shipping" to cover the shipping & handling costs.  They will all be shipped to you in the same UPS package unless you indicate otherwise.)
  • US Mail First Class ($5 fee) delivery is cheaper, but it does not require a signature at the time of delivery and Boston Mills has no way to track SnowCards sent via US Mail. If your SnowCard needs to be reissued because it has been lost by the USPS, a $15 reprint fee and additional shipping and handling fees will apply.  Note that if you would like US Mail delivery, you must purchase this in person at Boston Mills or via phone at 800-875-4241, ext. 6, during our Info Office hours.  This shipping option is not available online.

 


SnowCard Terms & Conditions

Lost, stolen or misplaced cards must be reported immediately to Guest Services in the Info Office, either in person or by calling 800-U-SKI-241. Custom SnowCards that were printed with a name on them can be reprinted for a fee. The cardholder may be responsible for unauthorized use of the card. Gift cards without an assigned name are transferable. They have no tracking method build into them, and are considered the same as cash if lost or stolen. Cash cannot be withdrawn from any SnowCard account. The cardholder is responsible for maintaining a valid SnowCard in proper working condition. The Snow Card is the access device for the member's account. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and shall be the only means of accessing the participants account.

SnowCards expire 2 years from the date of purchase. The SnowCard is an in-house, private label concept. It places a debit account on your membership ID card or on an unnamed gift card. The account is activated once funds have been deposited with Boston Mills/Brandywine. The SnowCard eliminates the need to carry cash, checks, or credit cards and offers value.
